Simply email with your intent to return the item, with a reason you are unhappy, and post it back to us using registered mail (the post mark must be stamped within 14 days of receipt of the item).  The item must be in the EXACT condition in which it was sent, including any accessories and packaging. 

  We will exchange or give you a store credit for the full value of your original order (excluding postage for international orders).
