We now offer a Tumbling service.  We can tumble your finished sterling silver and 14kt filled gold pieces in our rotary tumbler.  For one price of $5 plus return postage, you can send as many items as you wish in the one package.  This is a 24hr turnaround service - the day we receive your package, your items will be tumbled for 5-6 hours, and then straight back in the mail to you, registered mail.  Return postage will depend on the number of items.  Please email for a quote.

Our tumbler uses stainless steel shot, water and Palmolive dishwashing liquid.  This is the exact method we use for tumbling our jumprings and finished jewellery.

Please be aware that some items should not be put through the tumbler, including turquoise, coral, mother of pearl, marble, artistic wire, and other soft stones.  Any pieces received with these will not be tumbled.

No liability will be accepted for damaged items which include any materials from the above list. 

Freshwater pearls that are natural in colour are fine, but heavily dyed pearls will possibly lose some colour.  Please note that the pearls we sell do come out of the tumbler fine!

Many stones are now dyed, so please be aware that dyed stones can lose some of their colour when tumbled.

Although we tumble all of our finished pieces which include Swarovski crystals, Freshwater pearls, and gemstones, for best results, we recommend tumbling your pieces made from all-metal materials.  We will not tumble commercially made/purchased jewellery.
